DIGITAL MARKETER :

•  Propose plans for online marketing campaigns and calendar.
•  Work with paid marketing channels (Google, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) and the social media team (FB, IG, Youtube, Twitter, Pinterest) for campaign execution. 
•  Monitor to ensure consistent social media presence.
•  Work with the CRM team on newsletter execution.
•  Manage and improve e-commerce platform.
•  Generate performance reports of all digital marketing campaigns against KPIs.
•  Assist in the evaluation and analysis of data gathered from all online marketing campaigns. 
 
Requirements :

    •  Min Qualification: Diploma or Degree in any fields.
    •  Fresh Graduates are ENCOURAGED to Apply
    •  Min Work Experience: 1 year in E-commerce and/or Digital Marketing.
    •  Familiar with SEO/SEM, social media, tools (Google Analytics, Mailchimp, FB Ads etc) 
    •  Data-driven and willing to learn
    •  Able to have fun in a demanding work environment
    •  Love working in a team
    •  Basic skills in HTML, CSS and Javascript development are an added advantage


     
     
    IMAGE EDITOR :

    •  To ensure the Marketing team achieves its Key Performance Indicators in a consistent manner
    •  To review and select photos, edit and make necessary changes with consideration for the target market
    •  To manipulate photos to achieve the highest quality using appropriate tools
    •  To handle production for all photo shoots, including coming up with concepts, managing budgets & deadlines, location scouting, researching trips/etc.
    •  To book and manage crew talent including but not limited to photographer, makeup artists and models.
     
    Requirements :

    •  Minimum education SPM
    •  3 years and above in image editing and photoshoot
    •  Able to image sourcing and editing, including colour correction and retouching using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Lightroom
    •  Organized and detailed-oriented
    •  Independent and great team player
    •  Goal and deadlines-driven
    •  Interest, knowledge and/or experience in Fashion Photography is an added advantage
     
     
     
    GRAPHIC DESIGNER :

    •  To ensure the Marketing team achieves its Key Performance Indicators in a consistent manner
    •  To recommend concepts, design and produce innovative and engaging visual content to support all offline marketing needs by:
    •  Designing & managing the production of marketing material , including poster, flyers, signboard, newsletter & etc
    •  Liaising with suppliers and printers for promotional materials.
    •  To keep up-to-date with the world of social media and digital innovation as well as emerging design trends in order to produce creative visuals
    •  To ensure all requests for marketing materials are met within the deadlines stipulated and able to modify priorities whenever required
    •  To ensure that all branding and visual identity guidelines are adhered to at all times
    •  To plan and manage multiple marketing or branding activities from concept to completion by working with internal and external parties
     
    Requirements :

    •  Minimum education SPM
    •  3  years and above experience in graphic design
    •  Excellent in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
    •  Able to manage deadlines and pressure
    •  Experience/knowledge in the fashion industry is an added advantage
     
     
     
    ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR :

    •  To work with accounting software, spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
    •  To prepare statutory accounts
    •  To calculate, capture and check to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
    •  To manage petty cash transactions
    •  To ensure timely and accurate payment of payroll that comply with the law and regulations
    •  To handle reconciliations of accounts, including bank reconciliations
     
    Requirements :

    •  Minimum Diploma in accounting
    •  Fresh graduate up to 3 years experience in accounting jobs
    •  Excellent in spreadsheets
    •  Organized and detailed-oriented
    •  Able to be discreet, reliable and trustworthy
     
     
     
    SENIOR EXECUTIVE IN ACCOUNTING :

    •  To ensure full set of accounts are prepared in a timely manner
    •  To ensure correct and accurate capture, record & archive of all accounting entries incurred by and on behalf of the Company.
    •  To manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivables of the Company, ensuring they are current and are within the agreed standards, including staff claims, invoice payments, debtors, creditors, etc.
    •  To prepare the required financial and management reports at agreed intervals or as and when required by the management of the Company e.g. P&L, Balance Sheet, cashflow projections, financial projections, costing, etc.
    •  To tracking financial performance against budget/ target/ forecast and making appropriate recommendation to keep the numbers within agreed levels.
    •  To establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting and financial controls.
    •  To deal with auditors and relevant authorities
     
    Requirements :

    •  Minimum Degree in accounting
    •  Min 3-5 years experience in accounting jobs
    •  Excellent in spreadsheets
    •  Organized and detailed-oriented
    •  Passion for numbers and accuracy
    •  Able to be discreet, reliable and trustworthy
     
     
     
    JUNIOR MERCHANDISER :

    •  Generate products performance reports for sales projections.
    •  Collect data to predict future trends
    •  Handle and manage stocks inventory and distribution
    •  Allocate stocks quantity for each store throughout the season
    •  Monitor stock movement
    •  Consider markdowns, inter-branch transfers, promotions or clear outs etc.
    •  Assist in products buying decision-making
     
    Requirements

    •  Min Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Maths, Statistics, Finance, Fashion, Business Studies
    •  Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
    •  Retail experience is an advantage
    •  Analytical skills
    •  Communication skills
    •  Computer literacy for data analysis
    •  Awareness of fashion trends and industry news
     
     
     
    FASHION STYLIST :

    •  Research photoshoot concepts based on trends and marketing needs.
    •  Prepare and match wardrobe for photoshoot.
    •  Style hijab, hair, accessories and props.
    •  Manage the preparation of a photoshoot including location research, sourcing out accessories and props, booking of models, muas, photographers.
    •  Ensure photos are produced within the budget and deadlines set
     
    Requirements

    •  Min qualification: Bachelor Degree/SPM/relevant certificates
    •  Min work experience: 1 year in styling jobs or in the fashion industry
    •  Posses hijab and hair styling skills
    •  Keen interest in fashion trends
    •  Good communication skill
    •  Love working as part of a team
