Exchange and Refund

If you are not completely satisfied with the item purchased, we offer an easy exchange within 30 days.

EXCHANGE OF ITEMS

A. Exchange by shipping back:

1. Email us at customerservice@dyana.com.my or whatsapp: +60102455534. to inform us.
2. You will be advised on the next steps to take.
3. The purchased item must be shipped back within 30 days from the date of receiving the parcel.
4. You may post the return item to:

5. We do not bear the shipping costs for any exchange except in these situations:
• Item is already damaged when you receive it
• Wrong item is shipped
• Other errors caused by D’YANA

B. Pick-up at D’YANA Butik:

1. Email us at customerservice@dyana.com.my or whatsapp: +60102455534. to inform us.
2. You will be advised on the next steps to take.
3. The purchased item must be exchanged within 30 days from the date of receiving the parcel.
4. The item to be exchanged with the purchased item must be confirmed with our Customer Care Consultant BEFORE your pick-up day at D’YANA Butik. No exchange with any items from D’YANA physical butik is
allowed. If you like what you see at our butik, this will be considered a new purchase.
5. Any additional payments (if any), must be made via online payment and BEFORE PICK-UP DAY where a new invoice will be issued. We do not accept any cash payments at the cashier counter.

Exchange can be made for the same item but different size/colour/quantity or a completely different item altogether. If the desired item is not available, we will provide you with full refund.

You may request for a refund in the event that the item already paid is out of stocks.
Refund will take a maximum of 5 working days from the day the refund is requested.

• Inners
• Accessories

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE/REFUND:
• Tag still intact
• Unworn, unaltered, unwashed
• Original packaging

REPLACEMENT FOR A WRONG/DEFECTIVE ITEM SENT
No worries! Just whatsapp or email us with your ID Number and we will fix it right away for you.
